Paramount+ is a direct-to-consumer video on-demand and live streaming service available globally with over 79 million paid subscribers.
- Owned the release process, strategy and delivery across multiple global agile scrum teams for our largest app platform: Roku. With additional experience on Apple, Google and Amazon platforms.
- Improved market launch date predictability from a three-week variance down to three days by establishing quality goals and fostering trust with our platform partners.
- Partnered closely with DevOps to ensure proper pipelines, automation and practices were in place to support frictionless builds and branch management.
- Drove cross-functional alignment and decision-making across workstreams which helped keep releases unblocked and on track with large projects such as Super Bowl '24, UFC, global regional market launches, and converging code bases into a monorepo.
- Cultivated systematic use of tooling, documentation and automation to clarify release scope and goals.
- Created custom dashboards and alerts with tools such as New Relic and Conviva to monitor release health and support market issue escalation and triage. Reduced platform crash rate from 3% to 0.1%.
- Utilized Cursor to automate crash log reviews, root cause analysis, ticketing and suggested fixes for client engineering teams.
- Acted as partner management liaison with counterparts at Roku and Amazon to align on technical goals and platform feature adoption.
